Inner Child Work
Your Inner Child is the most vulnerable part of you—often aged around 4-6 years—trapped in time and still running your life through childhood patterns. We start where you are, gently explore your family history or internal system and build lasting change together.

- You feel triggered by childhood memories or family dynamics
- You’re ready to heal the past and create the future you dream of
Kel's approach to Inner Child Work
There are 2 options when working with me where you can either start off on your own and work through a self paced course and learn how to create consistency or alternatively you can have me as your inner child coach and we can work together over a number of sessions.
Should you choose to work with me I will introduce you to your beautiful inner child and we will understand and work with little you and I can help you become a strong inner parent or the kind of parent you would have wanted as a child.
Once you have a trustworthy bond with your inner child we then move onto understanding how other members of your internal family system are working.

This is a course that is self paced and drip fed to you which means it’s not all available at once which will help your nervous system.
