Inner teenager quantum healing is where you learn to integrate your past, present and future using therapeutic healing hypnosis.
 
How does this work? 
This is a unique service that I offer which is very similar to that of QHHT whereby I direct your state of consciousness into your teenage self (better known as the ego) doing this helps you raise your level of awareness to where the healing inside of you still needs to take place.

Why is this done via teenage me and not the higher self as in QHHT?
This way of working is one I created which truly helped me make the connection between teenage me and my higher self. 
Teenage you (or ego identity) is usually between the ages of 11-19 who truly knows exactly what you need to do in order to release energy blockages, karmic contracts, issues with parents, ex partners or issues that exist inside your inner child that still need to be addressed. Your higher self works through you in the form of your inner teen. 

How does the session work?
Sessions last 2 hours and is where we ask this version of you 5 questions which you need to consider before coming to this session which are ways in which you feel you are the inner parent to your inner child. 
i.e. I always eat healthily and take good care of my body. 

Teenage you then provides the answers as to why they know this is not true and through connecting with the higher self you are then shown if a known issue is because of a past life, connected with your twinflame/soul, due to ancestral healing, previous version of you or is a belief held in the inner child that needs to be resolved. 

Do I need to have done inner child work first? 
Yes preferably, having done some kind of inner child work is preferable however it is not essential should you be someone that has worked with your energy body in the past in another modality. 

Do I need to do anything before the session ? 

​At the time of booking you will need to download the form titled I am the inner parent to my inner child and do this before coming to your session. 
I ask each client to this small piece of work beforehand otherwise this can impede how effective this session is for you. 

What happens afterwards?

After this session and within 48 hours I will send you an action plan of what your teenage self told me that you can then use to visit versions of yourself in the quantum field to resolve these inner conflicts or work on your past lives, via ancestral healing or with your inner child.

Whatever comes out of this session I can also help you with in other services which I will offer to you with the attached action plan sent to you after the session.
