These sessions are very powerful and are great to do once you have met your true energetic inner child (usually 4 years of age) 

From my perspective we can have many different versions of us that we have become disassociated from due to past trauma or if a person has crossed over etc. 

Most people with inner child issues will have a version of them that is the people pleaser, the protector, the firefighter and so on. 

These different versions of you however can stop you working with your inner child and can also be the reason why all of a sudden you can go from 0-100 in a second. 

I use a method where I can introduce you to the energetic versions of you that you would need to work with. We then understand who they are, the role they play in your life and ultimately what they need from you in order to make you feel whole.
