Booking Terms & Conditions for Inner Me Energetics

1. All sessions must be paid for at the time of purchase. If you have purchased a package, a payment plan must be set up with an account created and bank/card details entered.
2. Any session paid for through Clearpay is subject to Clearpay’s own terms and conditions. Inner Me Energetics simply provides the option to make payment through them.
3. If you have entered into a coaching agreement with Inner Me Energetics, this will be sent to you in your confirmation email and can be downloaded as required. By selecting “I agree to the terms and conditions,” you accept all terms outlined in the coaching agreement.
4. Any cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made under 48 hours will result in loss of payment and are non-transferable.
5. Sessions can be altered or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes cannot be made on the day under any circumstances.
6. Kel will start each Google Meet session on time and will wait approximately 15 minutes for you to attend. If you do not attend within that time, Kel will not attempt to contact you. The session will be lost and is non-transferable as Kel was available for the full session you booked.
7. Refunds are not applicable once the session has taken place or been sent to you. What is provided during the session or video may make further sense over the following 4–6 weeks. You are paying for Kel’s time, not solely the content.
8. Any PayPal disputes will be challenged. An AI notetaker is present during each session and may be provided as evidence if required. Kel will also take a screenshot showing the date and time if you do not attend, confirming she was available for the session.
9. Each video session is recorded and stored on Inner Me Energetics’ Google Drive for no longer than 28 days, after which it will be deleted and cannot be recovered. You may request that the session not be recorded, and any existing recording will be deleted at Kel’s earliest convenience.
10. Any social media profiles appearing under the name “Inner Me Energetics” or a name associated with Kel that are not officially linked to the business are fake scam or clone accounts. Inner Me Energetics accepts no liability for these accounts. Anyone accepting such friend requests does so at their own risk.
11. Session recordings must not be distributed without prior consent from Kel. These recordings are personal to you and are not to be shared publicly or placed in the public domain.
12. All YouTube intuitive/mediumship sessions are uploaded as unlisted videos. They are only visible to you or anyone you choose to share the link with. Kel will not share any link and can remove the video upon request.
13. Inner child work and any services offered on https://innermeenergetics.co.uk are complementary and do not replace medical or psychological care from licensed healthcare professionals. Always seek advice from your GP, therapist, or other qualified health provider regarding any medical or mental health concerns.
14. Any content Kel creates or releases publicly, including advice and comments, is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. All videos are for educational purposes only and should be used alongside your own independent research and personal reflection.

6. Kel will start each Google Meet session on time and will allow a waiting period of approximately 15 minutes for you to attend the session. Should you not attend for any reason then Kel will make no attempt to contact you and the session will be lost and is non transferrable as Kel was available for the whole of the session you booked with her.
7. Refunds are not applicable once the session has taken place/been sent to you as what is provided in the session/video may well make further sense in the next 4-6 weeks. You have also paid for Kel’s time not necessarily the content provided.

Kel will always take a screenshot showing the date and the time should you not attend a session as proof that she was available to work with you for the allocated period of time.
9. Each video session is recorded and held on Inner Me Energetics Google Drive for no longer than 28 days when it shall we deleted and non recoverable. You can request for the session not to be recorded at anytime with the recording being disposed of at Kel’s earliest convenience.
10. Any Social Media Profiles that may appear as Inner Me Energetics name or a name associated with Kel are all fake and are created by Scam artists/clone accounts whereby Inner Me Energetics accepts no liability as these are not part of the brand and not authorised or endorsed by Kel. Anyone accepting a friend request on a social media platform does so at their own risk.
11. Recordings of sessions are not to be distributed without prior consent from Kel. Please check with her first as these are personal to you and not to be used or distributed within the public domain.
12. All YouTube intuitive/mediumship sessions are listed as unlisted links on YouTube and only visible to you or anyone you choose to share the link with. Kel will not share the link with anyone and can if requested take the video down.
13. Inner child work and any services provided on https://innermeenergetics.co.uk are complementary in nature and do not replace medical or psychological care from licensed healthcare professionals.

14. Any content Kel makes and releases into the public domain and any advice and comments which are shared or suggested by Kel are not a substitute for any form of professional therapy, be that mental health help or any medical advice. All videos are for educational purposes and are to used with a view for you to carry out your own independent research and for you to think about.
