My Story
I grew up in a space that challenged me in ways many don’t speak about. Raised by emotionally unavailable parents and facing physical and sexual abuse, I learned early that a part of me was surviving — not thriving. Inner Me Energetics
Through that pain, I discovered my younger self (my “Little Me”), who I now refer to as LK — about four years old — residing quietly within me. That version of me lived in fear, confusion and longing for care.
